Building Foundations
Adam Ekermawi a young remedial project manager saw the opportunity to introduce a new flavour into the remedial construction scene and with this Levant Projects is born as Sydney’s newest remedial player, bringing in expertise in weatherproofing accured through the completion of over 200 remedial building projects completed ranging from $10,000 to $10 million.

With the introduction of the DBPA Act, Levant Projects becomes one of the first building practitioners in the state. Levant Projects wholly believes in the accountability of practitioners in the field.

Levant Projects works with various Occupational therapists to deliver home modifications for NDIS, Icare and other clients, additionally Levant Projects becomes one of the preferred builders for the HBCF rectification scheme.

Levant Projects becomes a member of various industry groups including ACRA, AIW and ACA, allow for homogenous networking and allowing Levant to stay up to date with all industry standards and have a future role to play in the establishment and review of all codes whether it be NCC etc.
